Located next to an ancient abbey founded in the twelfth century, the Apartment "Il Casale" is located in the south of Porto Recanati, in the district S. Maria in Potenza, and is housed in an old rural farmhouse restored.

The apartment is divided into two areas: the first area includes the kitchen and living room, main part of the apartment is warm and inviting, ready to welcome guests to give a holiday of relaxation and fun. In this environment there is also a sofa bed for two people.

The second area is the bedroom, too warm, it is striking pink walls and ceiling completely covered with wood, moreover, as in the rest of the apartment.

The spacious bathroom with shower, is also equipped with washing machine.

The apartment also consists of an inviting terrace with table and chairs, this is the ideal place to dine or relax in complete tranquility.

The apartment is open during June, July, August and September, can accommodate up to 4 people and pets are not allowed, is located at 1,800 meters from the beaches and 3,000 meters from the city center.
