In Puglia, in the beautiful Salento is the B & B "The mills of the Count," located in the heart of Galashiels (a few km from Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Santa Cesarea), vibrant city for its cultural activities and proud of its past and its artistic and architectural treasures, among which the Church of St. Catherine of Alexandria, in Romanesque style, considered an architectural jewel and art. The name of the B & B is due to the discovery of some old documents, which shows that part of the building where is located the B & B was originally a mill: the ancestor of the current owners, a flying silk merchant of Neapolitan origin, in fact, bought the mill in existence since Earl Gallarati Scotti for restructure and it stays in his home.
