Our B & B is in Via Teulada 52 (Clodius square area), at the RAI studios, the Court, just steps from the Vatican and the Foro Italico. The nearest metro station is Ottaviano San Pietro (line A) while the square is the terminus Clodius ATAC lines in every direction of the city. The apartment is the penthouse with a terrace accessible from all rooms and has recently been renovated. We have two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, also with double bed. In the bedroom you can add third bed only for any child. Usually we carry out cleaning and changing rooms between 13 and 15, but, whenever possible, we agree to check in and check-out very elastically time convenient for guests (we have received and greeted at the times most unthinkable). Guests leave the house keys to be completely autonomous with no time out or return. The kitchen is available to them (pots, plates, glasses, gas cooker, refrigerator shelf) and you do not need to even wash the dishes.The rate includes, in addition to accommodation - breakfast - bed linen (changed every 3 / 4 days) - towels (changed every 3 / 4 days) - Housekeeping (daily) - taxes for the Municipality of Rome (2 € / night) - wi-fi internet connection (fiber optic Fastweb). Most of our guests went to Rome to participate in RAI programs, follow causes in court, take a trip starting from St. Peter, take part in competitions at the Carabinieri barracks Salvo D'Acquisto, attend sporting events at the Forum Italic or concerts at the Stadio Olimpico. In the streets adjacent to our B & B there is paid parking (blue stripe) and free parking (white stripe). Just being there is also a garage Teulada (often chosen by guests traveling by motorbike) while Clodius square there is a huge open space on earth, visible from the bedroom window, where you can park for free. In the district you can eat both lunch and dinner choose from a variety of good restaurants, pizzerias, bars, fast food restaurants (including McDonald's and the World Arancina), all within a few meters away.A few steps from the B & B there is also a well stocked supermarket (in case you want to take something to cook at home then) and a drugstore open 24 hours for any needs of even 24 at night.
