Our holiday farm "DOLCI MARCHE" is in the middle of Italy, in the Marches region, province of Ascoli Piceno, 15 minutes by car from the shore of the Adriatic Sea and from the Apennines mountains.
The view is wonderful: a patchwork of olive groves, vineyards, orchards, forests, many small cultivated fields, lighted up by a bright sun and a beautiful blue sky. No other place is like the hills of Le Marche.
In our organic farm (12 hectares) we produce fruit, cereals, vegetables, tomatoes, DOC wines and cold-pressed olive oil. Our guests are free to collect the delicious seasonal fruits, vegetables and organic tomatoes of excellent quality directly in our orchards and in the vegetable garden.

In our ancestral villa, we offer independent apartments, two swimming pools, to everyone likes rural life and the country with its friendly and kind people, to whom wants to know the Marches, or likes to spend a relaxing holiday.

"la filanda" is the name of the flat situated on first floor, in the rooms where, many years ago, the geminiani's womenfolk worked hemp and cotton to make all the household linen necessary to everyday life.

"il fattore" is the heart of "dolci marche" and is constituted by the rooms that the land agent chose for himself in past times. the flat occupies the second floor and offers spacious and full of light rooms.

"la dispensa" is the flat on the third floor, in the most fresh and well-aired rooms, chosen, in past times, to keep in a cool place salami, cheese and other food supplies for the family. the flat, recently renewed preserving its architectural style, is situated at the top of the stairs.
